SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Please be advised your order will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days from the day you place your order (weekends and statutory holidays are not considered business days).
Orders placed after 5 PM MDT will be processed the following business day.
Estimated Shipping time is 12-20 business days for International Shipping and 8-12 days for domestic express shipping.
Our goal is for you to receive your orders in an estimated time of 15 - 30 business days from the date that you place your order.
Bulk purchases will be prioritized; small unit orders may be cancelled at manufacturers discretion (we have no control over their decision and will advice you immediately).
Note 2: Occasionally due to unexpected events, weather conditions, postal lockouts, etc., beyond our control, may cause the occasional delay in a shipment. We will advise you and keep you posted. Please check the status of your shipment using the tracking numbers or contact us and we will gladly look into it for you. No refunds or returns will be considered. Your patience is appreciated, as its beyond our control. Once a tracking number has been issued to you the orders cannot be returned. Therefore please make allowances of a few extra days for delivery to take into consideration unforeseen delays in shipping.
Note 3: Every effort has been made to assure that colors of items in images are accurate but variances may occur due to differences in monitors and settings on your personal computer. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor is entirely accurate.
Packaging: 1 piece is put into a polybag, multiple pieces are put into 1 carton for shipment.

Nonetheless, if you received damaged or are missing items, etc, please contact us by e-mail within seven (7) business days of receipt of your order, so that we can resolve any issues. We work hard at Sourcing for merchandise from a number of different Suppliers to provide you with a wonderful selection of current style fashions and upcoming trends for every season of the year in this e-catalogue. Unfortunately, as we are not a Retail e-commerce marketplace, we cannot offer you a Refund or Exchange if you change your mind after your order is placed or if you want to return unsold inventory. All orders placed on this website are considered “Custom Orders” and all purchases are a Final Sale.
Therefore, carefully review your order(s) prior to placing them. Once you place your order(s) it is understood that you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Within three (3) to five (5) business days from the date when you place your order, our Supplier(s) will package your order to quality standards and ship directly to you. Please do not be alarmed if you receive more than one tracking number or several packages. To offer you reduced shipping costs, your order may result in you receiving several “e-packets” to fulfil your order.
To best serve you, as you are a valued Member, it is imperative that you check your orders upon delivery, without delay. We trust that you will be happy with your purchase. However, occasionally there may be issues with the "Item(s)" received; such as, receiving damaged or missing Items; Items received that are not as described; not receiving the correct quantities or receiving more quantities than ordered.
Therefore, if you encountered one or more of the above noted issues, please notify us immediately or no later than seven (7) business days of receipt of your order(s) by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please follow the procedures outlined below.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns if the "Item(s)" have been used, are not in their original packaging and the original hand Tags or labels have been removed. Therefore we ask for your assistance and cooperation in adhering to the following procedures to ensure an exchange or a refund.
THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES MUST BE FOLLOWED: OUR GOAL IS TO RESOLVE YOUR CLAIM WITHIN 30 DAYS or EARLIER.
IMPORTANT: Please do not return any items marked “Return to sender.”
Any approved returns must have its proper label attached to the package so that the “Item(s)” can be tracked. Therefore, we are not responsible to refund or exchange for Item(s) that are returned without our prior authorization.
FIRSTLY: Immediately or within seven (7) business days of receipt of your order send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please provide a video or picture or pictures, if possible. On the subject line state the issue, and in the body of the e-mail elaborate on the issue and how you would like to have it resolved: either an exchange for damaged “Item(s)”; an update on when a missing item is being shipped, etc. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
As our administration office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, we will review your request on the following business day.
SECONDLY: If an exchange or a refund is agreed and approved, a shipping label will be e-mailed to you in order for you to ship back the “Item(s)”. The “Item(s)” must be shipped within seven (7) business days of receipt of the label. Affix the label on the package and we will be able to track the package. Please keep a copy of your receipt from the post office for tracking purposes and for proof of when the package was mailed.
THIRDLY: After the “Item(s)” are received and inspected if a refund was agreed upon it will be processed within 10 business days or earlier; if an exchange was agreed upon then the “Item(s)” will be shipped. Please note that regular shipping times will apply.
WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED “MISSING ITEMS"
Occasionally due to unexpected events, Acts of God, such as tornadoes, snow storms, hurricanes, weather conditions that result in delivery delays; postal lockouts; riots, etc, These events are beyond our control, which may cause the occasional delay in shipping. Orders that have been shipped but are being delayed due to these unforeseen events are not considered "Missing Items". We will track the packages and advise you and keep you posted of when the “Item(s)” will be delivered to you. Please check the status of your shipment using the tracking numbers or contact us and we will gladly get an update to you.
WRONG QUANTITIES RECEIVED:
If you did not receive the correct number of “Item(s)” ordered, we will contact the Supplier immediately. The “Item(s)” may very well be on back-order or shipped separately to minimize shipping costs and may be in transit to you.
If you received more items than expected, please keep them, as it would not be cost effective to return them to the Supplier.
"ITEM(S)" RECEIVED AND ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED AS PER THE ONLINE CATALOGUE:
While we strive our best to advertise "Item(s)" as per the description received from our Suppliers, occasionally there may be discrepancies in the description or the supplier unintentionally sent the wrong "Item(s)". We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
If it was an oversight by the Suppliers and they shipped the wrong "Item(s)", we will contact you and give you the option of either accepting a refund or we can re-order the "Item(s)", regular shipping times will apply. If, however, the "Item(s)" are no longer available, please accept our apologies in advance. We will send you a return label by e-mail and you can mail the “Item(s)” back to us. Please keep a copy of the Post Office receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the wrong “Item(s)”.
Use of this site is governed by the Provincial and Federal laws of Canada. There is no existing legal obligation for businesses to accept returns unless the items are defective. The laws of your jurisdiction may be more or less strict than the laws that apply to this site. If you access the Site from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk.
